Request a full refund within 14 calendar days of successful payment for a website one-time purchase. No reason is required. The refund period starts at purchase; the Pro trial starts when you actively begin it. They are separate. Applicable statutory withdrawal, refund, and product-defect rights remain available after this period.

Email support with your purchase email and an order reference if available. For Pancake orders, follow the link in your receipt to the buyer portal, or use Report Issue in Payment History in the Pancake buyer portal. After checking the order, we work with the payment provider to process the refund, normally to the original payment method. Arrival time depends on the payment provider and bank. Do not send identity documents, full card numbers, passwords, API keys, or private manuscripts.

After a refund, only the corresponding order’s license and its device authorizations are revoked. Other licenses under the same email are unaffected. An offline installation learns of revocation on its next online verification; previously issued credentials cannot be erased remotely at once. Basic editing, saving, undo, recovery, and access to your writing remain available. Existing collaboration results remain viewable and actionable. A software refund does not include usage charged separately by your AI provider.

This policy covers website one-time purchases. Waffo Pancake is the merchant of record for website orders, and its checkout and refund terms also apply. Our 14-day full refund is an additional Textend commitment; the platform’s default refund rules do not shorten it or limit statutory consumer rights. Apple handles Mac App Store refunds under its process.
