Textend Pro costs $29.99 USD, paid once, with an optional 14-day Pro trial. Price, tax, and delivery are confirmed at checkout.

A personal website license starts with Textend 1.0 and includes perpetual use of the 1.x series and its updates, with up to 3 active devices per license shared across released macOS/Windows editions. You may buy more than one license with the same email; each transaction delivers one independent license with its own device slots. It is a one-time purchase with no subscription or automatic renewal. It does not promise version 2.x or an unreleased platform; future major-version terms will be announced separately.

Downloading and installing are free, with Pro unlocked through a one-time purchase. Basic editing, opening, saving, undo, recovery, and viewing or handling existing collaboration results do not require Pro. Decorative images, including built-in artwork and custom uploads, require Pro or an active trial. Solid color, themes, and typography remain free, and decoration settings and uploaded images are kept at expiry. You choose when to start the 14-day Pro trial online, without an account, email address, or payment. Downloading or installing does not start it, and it does not automatically charge you or become a subscription. Reinstalling on the same device keeps the original trial dates. You choose and configure your AI services and pay any related charges directly to their providers; Textend provides the integration only.

Waffo Pancake processes website payments and transaction receipts. After payment verification, a license is delivered by email. No Textend account or password is required. Initial activation, starting a trial, recovery, and installation management require internet access; successfully activated covered versions can be used offline for up to 14 days after each successful online verification. The app checks at startup, on returning to the foreground, or after waking. Verification is required after expiry; basic writing and saving remain available. Mail can be delayed or filtered as spam. Check the purchase mailbox and contact support if the license is missing; you do not need to purchase again. Failed or unreasonably delayed delivery can be addressed through replacement delivery or a refund.

Verify your purchase email in My licenses on the website to view and copy keys and manage remote devices. Choose a license first if you own several; operations affect only that license. Paste a key in the app to activate, or deactivate the current device there. Release an old device’s slot before moving computers. The three-device limit concerns active device authorizations on the server. Reinstalling and activating the same license on the same device does not use another slot. Deactivating a purchased license does not erase the device’s trial history. Contact support for hardware changes, device-identification errors, or an incorrect match. A computer learns about deactivation, refunds, or revocation on online verification at startup, on returning to the foreground, or after waking. Offline use lasts at most 14 days after the last successful verification. A network failure is not itself a refund and does not delete local writing.

A Pro purchase or trial unlocks Textend’s AI writing and professional export features. It does not supply model services, API keys, or credits. You choose and configure your AI service and pay any related charges directly to its provider; Textend provides the integration only. Document access and third-party data sharing are described in the privacy notice and must follow the product’s consent flow.

Request a full refund within 14 calendar days of a website one-time purchase, separately from the Pro trial. Email support with your purchase email and an order reference if available; do not send passwords, full card numbers, or private drafts. We check Pancake orders and work with Pancake to process refunds. Orders from other channels remain with the payment provider shown on the original receipt. Apple handles Mac App Store orders. This policy does not limit statutory consumer rights.

Use Textend lawfully, respect others’ intellectual property and privacy, and stay within the personal license scope. Do not resell or publicly share license keys, forge proof of purchase, or bypass device limits and license checks. You remain responsible for your documents, inputs, and use of third-party services.

When a license is misused or a purchase involves suspected fraud, a refund, or a payment dispute, we assess the affected license using verifiable facts. A completed refund or a valid reversal of the purchase may revoke that license. While a matter is under review, online activation, refresh, or device management for that license may be restricted temporarily. An unverified report alone does not permanently revoke your rights. Contact support for an explanation or review; relevant services are restored when the concern is resolved. Other licenses held by the same email are handled separately.

These actions do not delete local documents or lock free basic editing, saving, recovery, or existing collaboration results. An offline installation may update its license status only at its next online verification. Your refund rights and other non-excludable statutory rights remain unaffected.

Software can contain defects, and network features can be interrupted by connectivity or third-party services. Keep independent backups of important documents and check exported work before delivery. AI output may be inaccurate or unsuitable for your purpose; review it before deciding whether to use it. Textend does not guarantee the accuracy or lawfulness of AI output or a particular work outcome.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. These statements do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, replace our promised license, delivery, or refund obligations, or limit applicable consumer protections and remedies for defective products.
