One license is sent to your purchase email and covers up to 3 devices. Keep the email; recovery only requires verifying your purchase mailbox.
Open Textend Pro → Trial and license and paste your license. No Textend account is required.

No. Pro is a one-time purchase of Textend’s AI collaboration and professional export features. Choose and configure your own AI provider, model, and credentials. Pay any service charges directly to that provider. Textend does not charge for AI calls, and the trial does not include AI credits.
Connect to the internet and choose Start 14-day Pro trial in the app. No trial code or payment details are needed. Downloading and installing do not start the clock. The trial never charges, renews, or becomes a subscription automatically. Check the app for remaining time and the end date.
Your writing stays yours. Basic editing, saving, recovery, and basic exports remain available. You can still view, accept, reject, and undo existing AI suggestions. Pro is required for new AI writing tasks, professional exports such as DOCX and long images, and decorative images. Solid color remains free; decoration settings and uploaded images are kept.
A personal website license includes perpetual use of Textend 1.x and its updates, starting with 1.0. Up to 3 active devices are shared across released macOS and Windows versions. Deactivate the current device in the app or an old device on the website to release a slot when moving computers. Future major-version terms will be announced separately.
Verify your purchase email in My licenses on the website, choose a license if you own several, and copy its key. No order reference, account, or repeat payment is required. Paste the key in Textend Pro → Trial and license in the app to activate. Manage licenses and remote devices on the website; the app can deactivate the current device.
Yes. You can buy Textend Pro more than once with the same email. Each purchase delivers one independent license for up to 3 devices. For recovery, verify your purchase email and choose a license; recovery or moving computers does not require another payment.

Request a full refund within 14 calendar days of successful payment for a website one-time purchase, with no reason required. The refund window and Pro trial are counted separately.
